1 General Terms & Conditions

BBetPawa (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting service operating under an international gaming license. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the user and BBetPawa.

4 Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance

• Bets will be accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement
• Bets placed before an odds change will stand at the original odds
• BBetPawa reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error
• The maximum single bet amount is set individually for each event

Bet Cancellation

In the following circumstances, bets will be considered void and the original stake will be refunded:

• If a match or event is cancelled
• If a match is postponed by more than 36 hours from its scheduled time
• In cases of an obvious technical error

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly and may shift right up until a bet is confirmed. Some interruptions during live betting may occur due to internet connectivity or server issues.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Terms

• The terms stated on each bonus offer page take precedence
• Each bonus may only be used once per account
• The same bonus cannot be used across multiple accounts belonging to the same family, address, or device
• Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit amount is required to qualify. To release the bonus, bets must be placed at specified odds to meet the applicable rollover multiplier.

6 Prohibited Activities

BBetPawaThe following activities are strictly prohibited on . BBetPawa reserves the right to close accounts and forfeit balances for any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems

7 Account Suspension & Closure

BBetPawa may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information
• Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned. However, if prohibited activity is proven, the balance may be forfeited.

10 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer service, it will be referred to a neutral third-party mediator. Both parties must agree to this process.
